CALDERDALE INSPIRED BY VAN GOGH
Keep Up With My Latest Work
THE ROMANCE OF CALDERDALE
My recent collection explore both a concept and a medium. This project reflects one of my lifelong passions, which is a deep exploration of the ever changing ethos of society, architecture, countryside and nature. Through the analysis of architecture and landscapes I am able to extract an artistic representation of the history of Halifax and Calderdale. The influences in my paintings are there to see, from the skies of Van Gogh to the naivety of the architecture/buildings inspired by L.S. Lowry.
